When I was struggling with my fertility, I wish I could get support from someone who went through IVF and had experience with infertility and professional training.
If you work with me, you will be getting information, support and tips from someone who not only has a performance psychology background but who has personal experience with infertility and IVF.

I support women through their fertility and IVF journey.
I struggled with infertility and trying to conceive for years. I went through over three years of countless IVF cycles and losses to get my miracle baby.
This was one of the most difficult and challenging things I have ever had to endure. I was exhausted, emotionally drained, scared and stressed. I started to realize that I needed to become my own client. I needed to help myself the way I help others.
